1st team played 2nd division last year and came very close to winning the division, but to lose vital points in last two games against nearest rivals proved costly. In the cup made it to semi-final to again be beaten by Wainui who were probably the better team on the day, controversial referee would be understatement of the year. Good to see lots of young guys in United colours, hopefully the start of the revival of this great club.
